
SILANKA — Jewelry Brand Identity
SILANKA is a Ukrainian brand of handcrafted beaded necklaces, reviving the tradition of the Silyanka — a centuries-old symbol of Ukrainian cultural heritage. The brand needed a complete identity system that would honour that heritage while feeling contemporary across digital and physical touchpoints. The central challenge was authenticity: a brand that reads as unmistakably Ukrainian without leaning on cliché. The logo draws from the Tryzub (Ukrainian national trident), reinterpreted through geometric folk motifs — diamond and arrow forms that echo traditional embroidery patterns. It holds up in full colour, monochrome, and laser-engraved on wood. From there the identity extended across every brand touchpoint: custom wooden packaging to reflect the handmade, sustainable nature of the product; transparent sticker labels; a wax seal for premium packaging; and a full Instagram template suite. The result is a cohesive system that scales from a hand-stamped card to a social media campaign — consistent, rooted, and distinctly SILANKA.
